In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors have approved the re-appointment of Mrs Radha Ahluwalia (DIN:00936412) as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 3 (three) consecutive years with effect from February 11, 2024 upto February 10, 2027, based on the recommendation of the Governance and Nomination & Remuneration Committee. This is to affirm that Mrs Radha Ahluwalia has not been debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
