This is to affirm that Mr Nilesh Vikamsey has not been debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.

He is a senior partner at KKC & Associates LLP (Formerly Khimji Kunverji & Co LLP) Chartered Accountants, Mumbai since 1985 and the said Chartered Accountant firm is in practice in the areas of Auditing, Taxation, Corporate & Personal Advisory Services, Business & Management Consulting Services, Due diligence, Valuations, Inspections, Investigations, etc. for last 87 years. He is managing audits and providing consultancy to large Nationalised Banks, Foreign Banks (Indian Operations), Listed Public & Private Limited Companies, Mutual Funds, Financial Services Sector companies.
