All for One Steeb AG and Fiducia IT AG Planning Market Partnership

Filderstadt, 5 February 2013 - All for One Steeb AG and Fiducia IT AG,
Karlsruhe, are in negotiations about a long-term collaboration on the SAP
market. Parts of the SAP midmarket business of Fiducia's subsidiaries Orga
Gesellschaft für automatische Datenverarbeitung mbH and Orga Consulting
GmbH, both based in Karlsruhe, are to be taken over by All for One Steeb
AG. Furthermore, Fiducia and All for One Steeb also want to support each
other in acquiring new customers.

For All for One Steeb AG, the market partnership being sought would further
strengthen its SAP outsourcing and application management business. The
additional annual revenues from this arrangement are expected to total an
initial amount of EUR 8 to 9 million. The aim is to complete the
negotiations in the 1st quarter of 2013.
