All for One Steeb AG and Fiducia IT AG Agree to Strategic Partnership on SAP Market
All for One Steeb to acquire parts of Fiducia's SAP midmarket business / Fiducia ramping up SAP activities in the financial services sector
Filderstadt/Karlsruhe, 12 March 2013 – All for One Steeb AG, Filderstadt, and Fiducia IT AG, Karlsruhe, have successfully concluded negotiations about a long-term collaboration on the SAP market. In addition to the partnership understanding, the purchase agreement, under which All for One Steeb will take over parts of Fiducia's SAP midmarket business, was signed today.
A part of Fiducia's SAP business has thus far been incorporated within the SME (small and mid-sized enterprises) operating segment, which is run jointly by the two Fiducia subsidiaries Orga Gesellschaft für automatische Datenverarbeitung mbH and Orga Consulting GmbH, both based in Karlsruhe. All for One Steeb will take over principal elements of the SME operating segment, mainly staff and outsourcing and software-maintenance agreements. In line with this, the SAP full-service provider will open a new branch office in Karlsruhe. The transfer of operations is scheduled with an effective date of 1 May 2013. Thereafter, the SAP application landscapes for Orga's SME customers, which are currently being run in Fiducia's data centers, will be gradually shifted to the All for One Steeb data centers. The expected sales volume, consisting mainly of recurring outsourcing, software-maintenance and application-management revenues, is put at an initial EUR 8 to 9 million per year.

All for One Steeb and Fiducia will be working together very closely even beyond the operational transfer phase. They have also agreed to enter into a long-term partnership on the SAP market. Klaus-Peter Bruns, the chairman of Fiducia's management board: »This is yet another important step in focusing our SAP business on financial services companies and human resource services. We also expect it to significantly increase profitability here at Fiducia«.
