All for One Steeb AG: Figures for 1st Half-Year 2015/16. Further Gains in Revenues and Earnings
– Sales: EUR 135.4 million (+13% over prior year)
– EBIT: EUR 10.3 million (+1% over prior year)
– Group earnings: EUR 6.8 million (+8% over prior year)
– Earnings per share: EUR 1.35 (+8% over prior year)
– Equity ratio of 36% (30 Sep 2015: 32%)
– SAP HANA and digital transformation continue gaining ground
– 2015/16 forecast confirmed
Filderstadt, 10 May 2016 – All for One Steeb AG, the Number 1 in the German-speaking SAP market, today published its (unaudited) results for the period 1 October 2015 to 31 March 2016.
All for One Steeb improved revenues 13% from EUR 120.3 million to 135.4 million in the 6-month reporting period of the financial year 2015/16. Sales revenues from outsourcing and cloud services (including software maintenance) increased 6% to EUR 57.7 million (Oct 2014 – Mar 2015: EUR 54.4 million) and account for a 43% share of total sales (Oct 2014 – Mar 2015: 45%). The demand for SAP HANA increased even further. The 6-month revenues from the sale of software licenses totalled EUR 19.5 million (Oct 2014 – Mar 2015: EUR 16.0 million) for a gain of 22%. Consulting revenues improved 15% to EUR 55.0 million (Oct 2014 – Mar 2015: EUR 47.8 million).
The EBIT increased 1% to EUR 10.3 million for an EBIT margin of 7.6% (Oct 2014 – Mar 2015: 8.5%). The EBT posted a gain of 11% to EUR 9.4 million (Oct 2014 – Mar 2015: EUR 8.5 million). Group earnings after tax improved 8% to EUR 6.8 million (Oct 2014 – Mar 2015: EUR 6.2 million). The equity ratio as at 31 March 2016 was 36% (30 September 2015: 32%). The number of employees rose to 1,245 (31 March 2015: 1,146).
»Businesses are making major strides in their transformation towards SAP HANA and hybrid cloud scenarios, something that also benefitted our software licensing revenues in the 1st half-year. We are continuing to invest in sustainable growth and want to keep on supporting our clients with their digitisation projects. We remain committed to our forecast for the financial year 2015/16 that projects revenues to range from EUR 255 million to 265 million with an EBIT of between EUR 17.5 million and 19.5 million«, acknowledged All for One Steeb CFO Stefan Land.
