Operational Management to be Assumed by Lars Landwehrkamp as Future
Spokes-man of the Board of Directors.
Stuttgart, 09.05.2007 – AC-Service AG’s supervisory board and Herbert
Werle, the chairman of its board of directors, today agreed that Werle will
resign effective immediately as a member of the board and relinquish all of
his additional offices and functions within the AC-Group. Werle’s duties
will be assumed by the two experienced AC-Service AG board directors Marco
Fontana and Lars Landwehrkamp. Landwehrkamp will be the new board spokesman
of AC-Service AG and will in effect take on the operational leadership of
the AC-Group, while Fontana as chief financial officer continues to be
responsible for the administrative management and leadership of the finance
departments. There are no plans to name a replacement for Werle until
further notice. The supervisory board wishes to extend its thanks to
Herbert Werle for his many years of service.
