II-15.1 Özel Durumlar Tebliği, 23/7 maddesi kapsamında yapılan güncelleme açıklamasıdır;

Şirketimizin İzmir-Kemalpaşa tesisinde devam eden 125.000 ton/yıl kapasiteli ikinci kağıt makinesi yatırımında çalışmalar planlanan aşamalar doğrultusunda sürdürülmektedir. 07.05.2025 tarihli kamu açıklamamızda da belirtildiği üzere, mekanik montaj çalışmalarının yaklaşık %75'i tamamlanmış iken bugün tarihi itibariyle %96'sı tamamlanmıştır. Elektrik, otomasyon ve yardımcı sistemlere yönelik montaj faaliyetleri eş zamanlı olarak devam etmektedir.

Ülkemizdeki ve Avrupa'daki mevcut ekonomik koşullar, tedarik süreçlerinde yaşanan yavaşlamalar ve maliyet artışları ile birlikte, hem yatırım bütçesi hem de devreye alma takvimi yeniden değerlendirilmiştir.

Bu çerçevede montaj, otomasyon, devreye alma ve test çalışmaları neticesinde 2026 yılı Nisan ayı içinde fiili üretime başlanması planlanmıştır.

Yatırımın tamamlanmasıyla birlikte Şirketimizin toplam yıllık üretim kapasitesi yaklaşık 210.000 ton seviyesine ulaşacak ve geniş ürün gamı sayesinde pazardaki rekabet gücü orta ve uzun vadede önemli ölçüde artacaktır.

Süreçle ilgili gelişmeler şeffaflık ilkesi çerçevesinde kamuoyu ile paylaşılmaya devam edilecektir.

This disclosure constitutes an update announcement made pursuant to Article 23/7 of the Communiqué on Material Events No. II-15.1.

The activities related to the investment in the second paper machine with an annual capacity of 125,000 tons at our Company's İzmir–Kemalpaşa facility are continuing in line with the planned phases. As stated in our public disclosure dated May 7, 2025, approximately 75% of the mechanical installation works had been completed as of that date; as of today, this ratio has reached approximately 96%. Installation activities related to electrical systems, automation, and auxiliary systems are continuing concurrently.

In light of the prevailing economic conditions in Türkiye and Europe, together with slowdowns experienced in procurement processes and increases in costs, both the investment budget and the commissioning schedule have been reassessed.

Within this framework, following the completion of installation, automation, commissioning, and testing activities, it is planned to commence actual production in April 2026.

Upon completion of the investment, our Company's total annual production capacity is expected to reach approximately 210,000 tons, and, supported by its diversified product portfolio, the Company's competitive position in the market is anticipated to improve significantly in the medium and long term.

Developments regarding the process will continue to be disclosed to the public in accordance with the principle of transparency.
