Our company, Alkim Alkali Kimya Anonim Şirketi, for the accounting period of 01.01.2023-31.12.2023, within the scope of the provisions of the "Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Market" of the Capital Markets Board (CMB) Serial: II-14.1, Turkish Accounting Standards / In the financial reports prepared within the framework of Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (''TMS/TFRS'') and the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles of Financial Reporting in the Capital Market No. In the tables, a net profit of 215,075,220.66 TL was realised.

Net Distributable profit amount is 271.069.015 TL according to Capital Markets Legislation

According to legal records it is 215,075,220.66 TL.

Accordingly, the net distributable profit for the period including donations is 271,979,015 TL according to the Capital Markets Legislation and 215,075,220.66 TL according to legal records.

According to legal records, the net distributable profit of our company for the year 2023 which is 215,075,220.66 TL, and according to the provisions of the CMB, the entire 271,069,015 TL will be set aside as extraordinary reserves,

it was decided unanimously. The Board of Directors' proposal regarding profit distribution was accepted by the shareholders by majority vote at the General Assembly Meeting held on 25.04.2023.
