ÖZGÜR MUNGAN

Özgür Mungan, who completed his higher education at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration, started his career as an Assistant Inspector at Emlak Bank in 1989. He worked in the same institution as Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Board between 1994-1995 and as Branch Manager and Head of Purchasing Department between 1995- 2001. Özgür Mungan, who continued his duties as Ziraat Bank Branch Manager between 2001 and 2004, worked as the Deputy Head of the Department Responsible for Collection and Receivable Sales at the TMSF 2nd Collection Department between 2004 and 2006. At the same time, Mungan served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Pamuk Yatırım Menkul Değerler and as a Board Member at Zeytinoğlu Holding, Kümaş Kütahya Magnesite Enterprises, Emzet Akaryakıt and Etil Endüstri Yatırımları.

Özgür Mungan, who worked as a Senior Chief Advisor at Deutsche Bank Turkey between 2006 and 2009, served as Deputy General Coordinator at Zeytinoğlu Holding between 2010 and 2011. He served as General Manager at Eston Yapı and Eston İnşaat in 2011-2012, as CEO of Eksen Group between 2015-2016, and at Neptün Turizm İşletmeleri between 2017-2019.

Most recently, Mungan served as an Independent Board Member at Yapı Kredi Koray GYO, Kartal Renewable Energy and Hun Renewable Energy companies, which are traded on BIST.
