Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun II-17.1 sayılı Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'nin 11. maddesi kapsamında; Şirketimizde Mali İşler ve Yatırımcı İlişkileri Direktörü Sayın Özgür Öge görevlendirilmiştir. Özgür Öge'nin SPK Düzey 3 ( Belge N o 916086), Kurumsal Yönetim Derecelendirme ( Belge N o 919373) ve Türev Araçlar Lisansları (Belge No 919390 ) bulunmaktadır.

Kamuoyunun bilgilerine sunarız.

At the meeting of the Company's Board of Directors dated 29.11.2023;

Within the scope of Article 11 of the Capital Markets Board's Corporate Governance Communiqué numbered II-17.1; Mr. Özgür Öge was appointed as the Financial Affairs and Investor Relations Director. Özgür Öge has CMB Level 3 (Document Number 916086), Corporate Governance Rating (Document Number 919373) and Derivative Instruments Licenses (Document Number 919390).
