TOTALITARIAN VOLUNTARY TENDER OFFER LAUNCHED BY RETEX S.P.A. - BENEFIT COMPANY ON THE SHARES OF ALKEMY S.P.A.: SUPPLEMENT TO THE ISSUER'S STATEMENT
Milan, September 9th, 2024 - The Board of Directors of Alkemy S.p.A. in today's meeting has approved the supplement to the Issuer's Statement published on August 8th, 2024, pursuant to Article 103, paragraphs 3 and 3-bis, of Italian Legislative Decree No. 58 of February 24th 1998 and Article 39 of CONSOB Regulation No. 11971 of May 14th 1999, prepared upon request of Consob received on September 4th 2024.
The document has been made available to the public in the manner required by applicable laws and regulations and made available in the Investors' Section of the Company's Website in the "OPA" sub-section (https://corporate.alkemy.com/en/investors/).
