ALKEMY S.P.A. PAOLO CEDERLE NOMINATO DIRETTORE GENERALE

Milano, 28 febbraio 2024 – Alkemy S.p.A. ("Alkemy", "la Società" o "il Gruppo"), società specializzata nell'evoluzione del modello di business di grandi e medie aziende e quotata su Euronext Milan – segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana (ALK), annuncia la nomina di Paolo Cederle nel ruolo di Direttore Generale del Gruppo, a decorrere dal 1° marzo 2024.

La nomina si inserisce all'interno del percorso di riorganizzazione interna del Gruppo in Italia, già avviato a inizio 2022 e che ha portato Alkemy ad una struttura operativa guidata dai leader di Industry. In questo contesto, il Direttore Generale sarà chiamato in particolare a ricoprire un ruolo di supporto all'implementazione di questo nuovo modello di go-to-market per rilanciare il percorso di crescita che ha caratterizzato Alkemy sin dalla sua fondazione, oltre che per proseguire il percorso di industrializzazione su cui il Gruppo sta lavorando.

Dopo un'esperienza di 5 anni in KPMG con ruoli apicali, Paolo Cederle ha maturato un'esperienza più che decennale in Unicredit, ricoprendo importanti ruoli manageriali, tra cui Head of Group Operations and ICT Factories e CEO di UBIS, in cui ha gestito team di oltre 10.000 persone. Dal 2018 è stato Executive Chairman e Country Manager di Everis Italia. A seguito dell'accorpamento di Everis e NTT Data EMEA è stato poi nominato Head of Europe Financial Services.

Per quanto a conoscenza della Società, si informa che alla data odierna Paolo Cederle non risulta titolare di azioni ordinarie di Alkemy.

ALKEMY S.P.A. PAOLO CEDERLE APPOINTED AS GENERAL MANAGER

Milano, February 28th, 2024 – Alkemy S.p.A. ("Alkemy", "the Company" or "the Group"), a company specializing in the evolution of the business model of large and medium-sized companies and listed on the Euronext STAR segment of Borsa Italiana (ALK), announces the appointment of Paolo Cederle as General Manager of the Group, starting from March 1st, 2024.

The appointment is part of the internal reorganization process of the Group in Italy, that began in early 2022 and that has led to having the operations organized by Industry and led by the Industry Leaders. In this context, the General Manager will play a supporting role in the implementation of this new go-to-market model to relaunch the growth path that has characterized Alkemy since its foundation, as well as in keeping up the industrialization path on which the Group is working.

After a 5-year experience in KPMG, with leading roles, Paolo Cederle has gained more than 10 years of experience in Unicredit, covering important managerial roles, including Head of Group Operations and ICT Factories and CEO of UBIS, where he managed teams of over 10,000 people. Since 2018 he has been Executive Chairman and Country Manager of Everis Italia. Following the merger of Everis and NTT Data EMEA he was then appointed Head of Europe Financial Services.
