We refer to our disclosure, dated 01[st] April, 2021, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 informing interalia that DigiHealth Technologies LLP, (the wholly owned entity of our investee entity i.e. ABCD Technologies LLP (to be renamed as IndoHealth Services LLP)), has agreed to acquire 100% ownership interest in Pharmarack Technologies Private Limited (‘Pharmarack’) in tranches.

Further to the above, we wish to inform you that the above-referred entity, DigiHealth Technologies LLP has completed on 05[th] April, 2021 the acquisition of 91.8% of shareholding in Pharmarack by purchase of shares from multiple shareholders in various lots.
