ENTITLEMENT OFFER – ALLOTMENT TO ACCEPTORS

Further to Appendix 3B application for quotation of additional shares dated 1 March 2012 in respect of the entitlement offer to shareholders, the Company wishes to confirm that allotment and issue of 22,431,001 shares to acceptors of the offer have been completed. The shortfall of 4,472,341 shares has been allotted and issued in accordance with the underwriting agreement.

The Company further advises the following:

• 1 Date of allotment 5 April 2012 2 Number of securities for which quotation is 26,903,342 ordinary fully paid shares sought (ALK)

• 3 Quoted capital including the new shares allotted 336,231,500 ordinary fully paid shares (ALK)
