Dispatch of Offer Booklet
Alkane Resources Limited (“ Alkane ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to confirm the Offer Booklet and personalised Entitlement Forms were dispatched to shareholders in accordance with the timetable on 4 December 2019.
Shareholders will recall the Company’s announcement on 28 November 2019 of a nonrenounceable rights issue to shareholders on the basis of 1 new share for every 8 shares held at the record date at $0.55 each to raise up to $34.8 million (before costs). The funds will be used by the Company to accelerate development activities in the Tomingley Corridor and pursue ongoing drilling and other exploration at and around its exciting Boda discovery.
If shareholders have not received their Offer Booklet and personalised entitlement form by 10 December 2019, they should contact the Company Secretary to arrange replacement forms. Shareholders are reminded the Offer closes at 5:00 pm WST on 13 December 2019 (unless extended).
