ALK-Abelló — Major Shareholding Notification 2016

ALK (ALKB:DC / OMX: ALK B / AKABY / AKBLF): Pursuant to section 29 of the
Danish Securities Trading Act, ALK has received notification from Jupiter Asset
Management Ltd., that Jupiter Asset Management Ltd. in its capacity as
investment manager for a number of clients now holds more than 5% of the share
capital of ALK-Abelló A/S.

Jupiter Asset Management Ltd. now owns 5% of the company share capital
equivalent to 506,562 B shares.
