Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2023

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby publishes thedates of periodic reports in 2023:

? March 3rd, 2023 - Separate Annual Report of the Bank for the yearended December 31st, 2022 and Consolidated Annual Report of the Bank'sCapital Group for the year ended December 31st, 2022,

? April 26th, 2023 - Consolidated Quarterly Report of the Bank's CapitalGroup for Q1 of 2023;

? August 2nd, 2023 - Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for H1 of 2023,

? October 26th, 2023 - Consolidated Quarterly Report of the Bank'sCapital Group for Q3 of 2023.

The Management Board of the Bank hereby states that:

? in accordance with § 79 (2) of the Regulation the Bank will not submitthe separate quarterly report for Q4 of 2022 and the consolidatedquarterly report for Q2 of 2023;

? in accordance with § 62 (1) of the Regulation the Bank will not submitseparate quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports willcontain quarterly financial information of the Parent Company;

? consolidated semi-annual report for H1 of 2023 will containsemi-annual condensed separate financial statements based on, in thescope and in accordance with the § 62 (3) and (5) of the Regulation.

Legal basis: § 80 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance ofMarch 29th, 2018, on current and periodic information published byissuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state.
