Upgrade of Alior Bank S.A. rating assigned by Standard _amp; Poor's GlobalRatings rating agency

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) informs that on June27, 2023 Standard and Poor's Global Ratings rating agency (_quot;S_amp;P_quot;,_quot;Agency_quot;) informed the Bank about upgrading its long-term rating to BB+from BB and maintaining the short-term rating at B.

The rating upgrade reflects the Agency's view that the Bank has improvedits capitalization level and capacity for internal capital generation byfurther reducing risk, including reducing exposure to certain high-riskasset classes. According to the Agency, the Bank can maintain a strongcapital buffer that will support its growth, even if dividend paymentsbegin.

The Bank's rating as at the date of publication of this report is asfollows:

? Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating at 'BB+' with stable outlook,

? Short-Term Issuer Credit Rating at 'B'.
