("Bank") hereby informs onregistration on September 23, 2025 by the District Court for the CapitalCity of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National CourtRegister the amendments to the Bank's Articles of Association, adoptedby the Annual General Meeting of the Bank on June 16, 2025 underresolution No. 42/2025 ("Resolution").
