The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;, "Company") herebyinforms of receipt of a notice submitted to the Bank by GeneraliPowszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. (_quot;Generali_quot;) managing GeneraliOtwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (_quot;Generali OFE_quot;) and Generali DobrowolnyFundusz Emerytalny (_quot;Generali DFE_quot;) informing that as a result of takingover the management of NNLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (_quot;NNLife OFE_quot;)and NNLife Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny (_quot;NNLife DFE_quot;) by the Generalion February 1, 2023, on the basis of art. 66.1 and 66.6 and art. 68 ofthe Act of August 28, 1997 on the Organization and Operation of PensionFunds the share in the share capital and in the total number of votes ofthe Company General Meeting on the accounts of Generali OFE, GeneraliDFE, NNLife OFE and NNLife DFE (_quot;Funds_quot;) increased above 5%.

Before the Management Change:

In total, Generali OFE and Generali DFE held 2,568,973 shares,representing 1.97% of the Company's share capital, and 2,568,973 votesat the General Meeting of the Company, representing 1.97% of the totalnumber of votes.

In total, Generali OFE and Generali DFE held 4,546,562 shares,representing 3.48% of the Company's share capital, and 4,546,562 votesat the General Meeting of the Company, representing 3.48% of the totalnumber of votes.

After the Management Change:

The Funds held a total of 7,115,535 shares, representing 5.45% of theshare capital of the Company, and 7,115,535 votes at the General Meetingof the Company, representing 5.45% of the total number of votes.
