The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the "Alior Bank"), withreference to Alior Bank's current report No. 79/2016 of 21 September2016 regarding the commencement of the exclusive negotiations withRaiffeisen Bank International AG ("RBI") concerning the acquisition byAlior Bank of the demerged core banking business of Raiffeisen BankPolska S.A. (the "RBPL Core Business"), hereby announces that Alior Bankhas decided on 7 December 2016 to terminate the negotiations and ceasethe plan to acquire the RBPL Core Business.
