Notification of transactions on the Bank’s shares

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (“Alior Bank”, “the Bank”)hereby informs you that on 14 March 2016, received the notificationsfrom Ms Helene Zaleski – President of the Bank’s Supervisory Board,which is a member of the board of Alior Lux S.à r.l. (general partner inthe company Alior Lux S.à.rl & Co. SCA ) pursuant to art. 160 (1) of theAct on trading in financial instruments of 29 July 2005.

The notification was filed in accordance with the OTC block transactioncontained in the agreement of 30 May 2015 concluded between Alior LuxS.à r.l. & Co. S.C.A., Alior Polska Sp. z o.o. and Powszechny ZakładUbezpieczeń SA with registered office in Warsaw, of which the Bankinformed in current report no 49/2015 of 30 May 2015.
