Information received pursuant to art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;, "Company") herebyinforms of receipt of a notice submitted to the Bank by PowszechneTowarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A. (_quot;PTE Allianz Polska_quot;),managing Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (_quot;Allianz OFE_quot;),informing that as a result of the liquidation of the Drugi AllianzPolska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (_quot;Drugi Allianz OFE_quot;) and the transferof its assets to Allianz OFE on May 12, 2023, the share in the totalnumber of votes of Alior Bank S.A. on Allianz OFE accounts was above 5%.

Before the liquidation of Drugi Allianz OFE, the total balance in theaccounts of Allianz OFE and Drugi Allianz OFE amounted to 11,526,440shares, representing 8.83% of the Company's share capital, which gavethe right to exercise 11,526,440 votes from shares representing 8.83% ofthe total number of votes at the Company's General Meeting.

After the liquidation of Drugi Allianz OFE, 11,526,440 shares wereregistered at the accounts of Allianz OFE, representing 8.83% of theCompany's share capital, which gives the right to exercise 11,526,440votes from shares representing 8.83% of the total number of votes at theCompany's General Meeting.

At the same time, PTE Allianz Polska S.A., which manages Allianz OFE,informs that:

? it has no subsidiaries holding shares in the Company,

? a situation described in Article 69 section 4 item 6 of theaforementioned Act does not apply,

? also does not possess the financial instruments referred to in Article69b Section 1 item 1) and 2) of the aforementioned Act.
