Information on the amount of the contribution to the Borrowers SupportFund

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) informs that it hasreceived a letter from the Council of the Borrowers Support Fund (_quot;BSF_quot;)regarding the amount of the contribution to the BSF for the secondquarter of 2022. The Council informed that, based on the informationreceived from the Chairman of the Polish Financial Supervision Authorityregarding the data of the size of the housing loans portfolio where theoverdue repayment of principal or interest exceeds 90 days it hasdetermined the amount of the contribution for the Bank in the amount ofPLN 15,279,732.33. The payment of the aforementioned amount is to bemade by 30 September 2022.

Additionally, based on information received from the Council of the BSF,the Bank has estimated the amount of the contribution due for the thirdquarter of 2022 at approximately PLN 38 million.

The total cost of contributions to the BSF for the second and thirdquarter of 2022 will be recognised as a decrease from the Bank's grossprofit in the third quarter of 2022.

The aforementioned payments result from an Article 89 (1) of the Act of7 July 2022 on crowdfunding for business ventures and assistance toborrowers, which obliges lenders to contribute a total of PLN 1.4billion to the BSF by 31 December 2022.
