Recommendation of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority regardingthe additional capital requirement for Alior Bank S.A.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs aboutreceiving on December 27th, 2022 from the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority (_quot;PFSA_quot;) a recommendation to the Bank for maintaing own fundson an individual and consolidated basis to cover the capital add-on at0.15 p.p. as to absorb potential losses resulting from occurrence ofstress conditions over the value of the total capital ratio referred toin Article 92.1c of Regulation No. 575/2013, increased by the additionalown funds requirement referred to in Article 138.2.2 of the Banking LawAct and the combined buffer requirement referred to in Article 55.4 ofthe Act on macroprudential supervision. The capital add-on should bemade up of the Tier 1 capital only.

The PFSA's recommendation was issued in connection with the Bank'ssupervisory assessment process, in which the Bank's sensitivity to thepossible materialization of stress scenarios affecting the level of ownfunds and risk exposure was assessed as low.
