Agata Mazurowska-Rozdeiczer

Attorney-at-law in Poland, attorney-at-law in the state of New York (USA) and solicitor in England and Wales. Possesses over 20 years of international experience in financing investments, handling complex commercial transactions, insurance, and public procurement. She has worked for companies in Poland, Europe, and the United States.

She practiced at Hogan & Hartson law firm in Washington, London, and Warsaw. Founder and president of BATNA Brokers. Member of the Supervisory Board of Krynica Vitamin S.A.

For many years, she has been a member of the board and currently the president of the Harvard Club of Poland. The organization brings together Polish graduates of Harvard University. Since 2024, she has also served as the European Director of the Harvard Alumni Association.

A member of the Association of Independent Supervisory Boards and the LiderShe Association.

She graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in law (MA, 1999) and Harvard Law School in the USA (LL.M. 2003). She participated in scientific projects for Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
