Report Content Approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to entrust Mr.Marcin Ciszewski with the function of the Member of the Management Boardsupervising the management of risk material to Alior Bank's operations

In reference to current report No. 56/2024 of December 19, 2024, theManagement Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on May9, 2025, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority expressed unanimousconsent to entrust Mr. Marcin Ciszewski with the function of the Memberof the Management Board supervising the management of risk material tothe Bank's operations ("Decision").

On December 19, 2024, the Bank's Supervisory Board entrusted theVice-President of the Bank's Management Board, Mr. Marcin Ciszewski,with the function of the Vice-President of the Bank's Management Boardsupervising the management of risk material to the Bank's operations,subject to obtaining the relevant consent of the Polish FinancialSupervision Authority and as of the date of issuing this consent.

The condition referred to above was fulfilled upon the issuance of theDecision.
