Beata Stawiarska

Beata Stawiarska graduated from the Faculty of Management and Economics at the Gdańsk University of Technology with a specialization in management systems. She further developed her competences through completing prestigious educational programs, among others at the George Washington University School of Business and obtaining certifications in IT process management (ITIL) and project management, as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

A manager specializing in IT and operations, with international experience. She has managed global IT operations with virtual teams in the US, EMEA, Asia, and LATAM with success in software development, service management, cloud transitions, and hardware management. She gained experience in such companies as Mastercard, P&G, HP, Citigroup, Marsh & McLennan Group, Pepco CEE, and OLX Group. A certified trainer and mentor with a focus on innovation, risk management, and delivering measurable results.

Passionate about using information technology to drive business growth, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction and delivering measurable results.

Beata Stawiarska meets all the requirements set out in Article 22aa of the Banking Law Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2488).
