Approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority for theappointment of Mr. Piotr Żabski as the President of the Management Boardof Alior Bank S.A.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that onFebruary 7, 2025, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority expressedconsent for the appointment of Mr. Piotr Żabski as the President of theBank's Management Board.

The Bank's Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Piotr Żabski as of November1, 2024, to the Bank's Management Board for the current three-year jointVI term of office, which began on January 1, 2024, to the position ofVice-President of the Bank's Management Board, as announced by the Bankin Current Reports No. 35/2024 and 42/2024.

In addition, the Supervisory Board of the Bank appointed Mr. PiotrŻabski to the position of the President of the Management Board of theBank, subject to the relevant consent of the Polish FinancialSupervision Authority and as of the date of such approval.

At the same time, the Bank's Supervisory Board entrusted Mr. PiotrŻabski with the management of the Bank's Management Board with effectfrom November 1, 2024, until given the consent of the Polish FinancialSupervision Authority to appoint him to the position of the President ofthe Bank's Management Board.

Obtaining the said consent results in fulfilment of the condition ofbecoming the President of the Bank's Management Board.
