Report Content Changes in the composition of the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.and commencement of qualification procedures for the positions ofPresident and Vice Presidents of the Bank's Management Board

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that onMay 15, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Bank adopted the resolutionsto recall the following persons from the Management Board:

1. Mr. Grzegorz Olszewski,

2. Mr. Paweł Broniewski,

3. Mr. Szymon Kamiński,

4. Mr. Rafał Litwińczuk,

5. Mr. Jacek Polańczyk,

6. Mr. Paweł Tymczyszyn.

The resolutions on the aforementioned recalls came into effect uponadoption.

The Bank's Supervisory Board expressed gratitude to the current Membersof the Management Board for their contribution to the development of theBank's market position.

The Bank's Supervisory Board passed a resolution to commence and executean open qualification procedure for the President and Management BoardMember positions.

Moreover, the Bank's Supervisory Board delegated Supervisory BoardMember Mr. Artur Chołody to perform the duties of Vice President of theManagement Board in charge of leading the Management Board, from May 15,2024 to August 14, 2024, subject to the possibility of an earlytermination of the delegation.
