Approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to entrust Mr.Tomasz Miklas with the function of the Member of the Management Boardsupervising the management of significant risk in Alior Bank's activity

In reference to current report No. 23/2022 of October 13th, 2022, theManagement Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that onApril 28th, 2023, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority expressedunanimously consent to entrust Mr. Tomasz Miklas the function of theMember of the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. supervising themanagement of significant risk in Alior Bank's activity ("Decision").

On October 13th, 2022, the Bank's Supervisory Board appointed to theBank's Management Board Mr. Tomasz Miklas, entrusting him with theposition of Vice-President of the Management Board, and conditionally(i.e. subject to the approval of the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority) entrusted Mr. Tomasz Miklas with the function of theVice-President of the Management Board of the Bank supervising themanagement of significant risk in the Bank's activity.The conditionreferred to above was fulfilled with the issuance of the Decision.
