Appointment of members of the Supervisory Board of Alior Bank S.A.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that theExtraordinary General Meeting convened on December 1st, 2021, inaccordance with the resolution no. 3/2021 and resolution no. 4/2021appointed the following persons to the Supervisory Board of the Bank:

1. Mrs. Małgorzata Erlich-Smurzyńska,

2. Mr. Paweł Wojciech Knop.

The resolutions entered into force at the time of adoption.

Mrs. Małgorzata Erlich-Smurzyńska is a graduate of the Faculty of Lawand Administration at the University of Łódź. She holds the professionaltitle of Legal Advisor. She holds an Executive MBA from WarsawManagement University. Ms. Małgorzata Erlich-Smurzyńska is currently aDirector of the Office of Financial Controlling, Risk Management andCompliance at PKN Orlen SA, where she manages the work of thecontrolling, regulatory risk management, compliance management,management systems, corporate risk management departments as well as shemanages the Representative Office of PKN Orlen in Brussels. She hasseveral years of experience as an independent member of the SupervisoryBoard in the banking sector, including 2 companies in the Bank PekaoS.A. Capital Group, including a member of the Nomination andRemuneration Committee. Currently, she is a member of the SupervisoryBoard in a company from the Orlen Capital Group - Orlen Oil Sp.z o.o..She is experienced manager - among others, she held the position ofDirector of the Świętokrzyski Regional Office of the Agency forRestructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, as well as a boardmember and director in the NGO sector. Ms. Erlich-Smurzuńska is aregistered auditor with the Polish Institute of Internal Control andholds also the title of Approved Compliance Officer from the ComplianceInstitute in Warsaw.

Mr. Paweł Wojciech Knop is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance andAccounting at the Cracow University of Economics. He is a statutoryauditor, which he earned by auditing the largest entities in Silesiaregion in the automotive, mining, metallurgy and service industries. MrKnop is a licensed stockbroker with the qualification of an investmentadvisor. He started his professional career in 2006-2007 in thefinancial industry - Commercial Union (Aviva), consulting - KPMG, andthen banking - Bank Spółdzielczy in Racibórz and Alior Bank S.A. From2010, he associated his career with Deloitte Poland, where he earned thestatutory auditor's title in 2017. In 2013, he joined ING Bank ŚląskiS.A., where as a finance expert he was responsible for the consolidationof the bank's capital group and the accounting of the bank and itssubsidiaries. Since 2018, he has been associated with the DistrictHospital in Racibórz, where he is supervising and coordinating thebudget, financial results and debt restructuring processes. Hesuccessfully implemented liquidity management and executed the recoveryprogramme assumptions. In 2018-2019 he served as a member of theSupervisory Board of Energo-tel S.A., and since 2019, he has been theChairman of the Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowychsp.z o.o.

According to the submitted statements, the appointed members of theBank's Supervisory Board do not perform any activity competitive to theBank, and do not participate in competitive entities as partners incivil or personal partnerships, or as members of the corporate bodies orother competitive legal entities.

Moreover, according to the submitted statements, the appointed membersof the Bank's Supervisory Board are also not registered in the NationalRegister of Debtors kept on the basis of the Act of December 6th, 2018,on the National Register of Debtors.
