1. Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń SA with its registered office in Warsawand PZU SFIO Universum, vested with 41,658,850 votes from the sharesheld, reflecting 49.32% votes at the General Meeting and 31.91% of thetotal number of votes.

2. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its registeredoffice in Warsaw, vested with 12,196,000 votes from the shares held,reflecting 14.44% votes at the General Meeting and 9.34% of the totalnumber of votes.

3. Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its registered officein Warsaw and Drugi Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with itsregistered office in Warsaw, vested with 11,526,000 votes from theshares held, reflecting 13.65% votes at the General Meeting and 8.83% ofthe total number of votes.

4. Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its registered office inWarsaw and NNLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny with its registered officein Warsaw, vested with 7,059,938 votes from the shares held, reflecting8.36% votes at the General Meeting and 5.41% of the total number ofvotes.
