Convening the Annual General Meeting of Alior Bank S.A.
Alior Bank Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw ("theBank"), acting pursuant to Article 399 § 1 in connection with Article402 1 § 1 and 2 of the Code of Commercial Companies, hereby convenes theAnnual General Meeting of the Bank on May 28th, 2021 at 10.00 a.m.
The Annual General Meeting of the Bank will be held at headquarters ofthe Bank, Łopuszańska 38C street, in Training and Development Center(CSR) on the 1st floor.
Complete text of the announcement regarding convening the Annual GeneralMeeting of the Bank including proposed meeting agenda and description ofthe procedures concerning participation in the Annual General Meeting ofthe Bank is included in the attachments to this current report.
Attached to this current report, the Bank also submits draft resolutionsto be discussed by the Annual General Meeting of the Bank and content ofproposed amendments to the Articles of Association with justificationand Supervisory Board resolutions relating to the Annual General Meeting.
