Description

The securities of Alice Queen Limited (‘AQX’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AQX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 10 March 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT – ALICE QUEEN LIMITED

Alice Queen Limited (‘Company’) requests a trading halt to be applied to its securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement by the Company regarding a proposed acquisition.

The Company requests that the trading halt commences immediately.

The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 10 March 2021 or the release of the announcement regarding the proposed acquisition.

The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any information other than that set out above necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
