IMPORTANT NOTICE

This Supplementary Prospectus is dated 12 October 2018 and was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on that date. This Supplementary Prospectus supplements the Prospectus dated 27 September 2018 ( Prospectus ) issued by Alice Queen Limited and lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on that date.

This Supplementary Prospectus must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission and ASX Limited take no responsibility for the contents of this Supplementary Prospectus or the Prospectus.

Terms used in this Supplementary Prospectus have the same meaning as in the Prospectus unless otherwise defined or the contrary intention appears.

EXTENSION OF THE CLOSING DATE

The Closing Date of the Rights Issue has been extended to 24 October 2018.

All references to the offer closing on 17 October 2018 in the Prospectus (including references to the Closing Date) are amended by deleting “17 October 2018” and replacing it with “24 October 2018”. As a consequence, the Company will give notice to ASX of under-subscriptions on 29 October 2018 and the anticipated issue date is 31 October 2018.

Each of the Directors of Alice Queen Limited has consented to the lodgement of this Supplementary Prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
