ASX Announcement

Callabonna Uranium Ltd intends to undertake a placement of up to 4,782,350 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price of $0.02 per share with a free attaching option exercisable at 3 cents expiring 30 June 2017 to raise up to $95,647.

The placement will be made within the Company’s 15% placement capacity and will be issued to non-related parties who are Sophisticated Investors pursuant to sections 708(8) of the Corporations Act.
