NOTICE REQUIRED UNDER ASX LISTING RULE 3.13.1

Alice Queen Limited (ASX: AQX) ( Alice Queen or the Company ), advises that it currently intends to hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 25 November 2021, at 11am (AEDT).

Accordingly, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations is 13 October 2021.
