algoWatt: aggiornamento calendario eventi societari

Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di algoWatt, GreenTech Solutions company quotata sul mercato telematico azionario (MTA) di Borsa Italiana, riunitosi in data odierna ha deliberato di rinviare a una data da determinare in una successiva riunione del CDA l'approvazione del progetto di bilancio di esercizio e del bilancio consolidato relativi al 2019.

La decisione è stata assunta per acquisire un quadro informativo completo alla luce degli eventi successivi alla chiusura dell'esercizio 2019 e, in particolare, dell'evoluzione dell'emergenza epidemiologica in corso, tenendo anche conto della raccomandazione dell'ESMA dell'11 marzo 2020 relativa all'informativa al mercato sugli impatti del COVID-19 da parte degli emittenti quotati, dei recenti provvedimenti governativi di sostegno alle imprese e del Richiamo di Attenzione n. 6/20 emesso da Consob lo scorso 9 aprile 2020, anche afferente l'attuabilità della pianificazione industriale e l'impatto sugli impairment test.

algoWatt: corporate events calendar update

The Board of Directors of algoWatt, GreenTech Solutions company listed on Borsa Italiana's electronic stock exchange (MTA) met today, resolved to postpone the approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as at 31/12/2019 to a date to be determined at a later Board meeting. The decision was taken in order to obtain a complete information framework in the light of the events after the end of the 2019 financial year and, in particular, of the evolution of the epidemiological emergency in progress, also taking into account the ESMA recommendation of 11 March 2020 on market disclosure on the impacts of COVID-19 by listed issuers, recent government measures to support businesses and the Richiamo di Attenzione n. 6/20 issued by Consob on 9 April 2020, also concerning the feasibility of industrial planning and the impact on impairment tests.
