algoWatt: Chairman of the Related Party Transactions Committee appointed

algoWatt S.p.A., a GreenTech Solutions Company listed on the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, informs that the members of the Committee for Related Party Transactions have decided to appoint independent director Domenico De Marinis as Chairman of the aforementioned body.
