algoWatt: sottoscritto accordo triennale con Wegreenit per lo sviluppo delle Comunità Energetiche Rinnovabili

algoWatt, GreenTech Company quotata sul mercato Euronext Milan di Borsa Italiana, la controllata TerniEnergia Progetti, system integrator e O&M provider nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, e Wegreenit, General Contractor in operazioni di efficientamento energetico, attiva a 360° nello sviluppo dei servizi tecnici, commerciali e finanziari nei settori residential, industrial e hotel, hanno sottoscritto una partnership strategica, con la formula della stewardship*, per la valorizzazione delle risorse e delle competenze di ogni azienda nel settore delle Comunità Energetiche Rinnovabili (CER), attraverso lo sviluppo e la realizzazione di una molteplicità di progetti.

La stewardship triennale, il cui obiettivo congiunto è quello di assumere la leadership nazionale nella realizzazione di impianti condivisi per la produzione e l'autoconsumo di energia da fonti rinnovabili, vedrà le società impegnate come segue:

• Wegreenit, che grazie all'intesa arricchisce il proprio bouquet di competenze e servizi con una nuova componente tecnologica e innovativa, opererà in veste di General Contractor, seguendo – a titolo esemplificativo - lo studio di fattibilità preliminare e il piano economico e finanziario, l'attività di scouting dei soggetti partecipanti e la sottoscrizione dei contratti con i clienti, l'arrangement finanziario e la supervisione delle varie fasi realizzative;
• algoWatt agirà nel ruolo di digital technology provider, in special modo attraverso l'attività dei suoi tecnici altamente specializzati e dell'utilizzo della suite proprietaria ER-Libra CE (dedicata alla gestione delle CER);
• TerniEnergia Progetti sarà operativa come sub-contractor, col proprio know-how nel settore della progettazione e installazione di impianti rinnovabili con relative soluzioni di supporto (storage, EV charge, tecnologie digitali per gestione impiantistica e amministrativa delle CER, ecc.);

Le CER stanno diventando sempre più popolari come soluzione sostenibile per la produzione e il consumo di energia rinnovabile. algoWatt: three-year agreement signed with Wegreenit for the development of Renewable Energy Communities

• Wegreenitas General Contractor, algoWatt as digital technology provider and TerniEnergia Progetti as EPC and O&M supplier are involved in the agreement

algoWatt, GreenTech Company listed on the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, its subsidiary TerniEnergia Progetti, a system integrator and O& MM provider in the renewable energy sector, and Wegreenit, General Contractor in energy efficiency operations, active at 360° in the field of technical, commercial and financial services in the residential, industrial and hotel sectors, have signed a strategic partnership, with the stewardship* formula, for the valorisation of the resources and skills of each company in the Renewable Energy Community (REC) sector, through the development and achievement of a variety of projects.

The three-year stewardship, common goal is to assume national leadership in the implementation of shared plants for the production and self-consumption of energy from renewable sources, will see the companies committed as follows

• Wegreenit, which thanks to the agreement enriches its bouquet of skills and services with a new technological and innovative component, will operate as General Contractor, following - by way of example - the preliminary feasibility study and the economic and financial plan, the recruitment of participants and the signing of contracts with clients, the financial arrangement and the supervision of the various implementation phases;
• algoWatt will act in the role of digital technology provider, especially through the activities of its highly specialised technicians and the use of its proprietary ER-Libra CE suite (dedicated to CER management);
• TerniEnergia Progetti will operate as a sub-contractor, with its own know-how in the field of design and installation of renewable energy systems with related support solutions (storage, EV charge, digital technologies for plant management and CER administration, etc.).

RECs are becoming increasingly popular as a sustainable solution for the production and consumption of renewable energy. Energy communities are groups of consumers who work together to produce and consume clean energy, reducing their dependence on traditional energy sources and centralised electricity grids. A study by the Politecnico di Milano (Electricity Market Report) estimates that by 2025, there will be at least 40,000 RECs in Italy, involving around 1.2 million households, 200,000 offices and 10,000 SMEs.

Renewable Energy Communities are also attracting the attention of investors and financial institutions, who see in this sector a great opportunity to invest in sustainable solutions.
