algoWatt si aggiudica due gare per la realizzazione di impianti fotovoltaici per autoconsumo e riduzione del prelievo di energia dalla rete

• Le commesse per conto di IREN Smart Solutions, Esco del gruppo IREN, prevedono la costruzione degli impianti chiavi in mano, senza la fornitura di pannelli per complessivi 1,05 MWp e un corrispettivo di circa Euro 440 mila

algoWatt S.p.A., GreenTech Solutions Company quotata sul mercato Euronext Milan di Borsa Italiana, nell'ambito delle attività del mercato Green Enterprise & City, nel quale la società opera come fornitore di soluzioni per l'efficienza energetica, l'autoconsumo, l'integrazione di sistema tra impianti e componenti hardware e piattaforme software di gestione, si è aggiudicata due commesse del valore complessivo di circa Euro 440 mila, relative alla realizzazione di impianti fotovoltaici utility scale della potenza complessiva di 1,05 MWp senza la fornitura dei pannelli. Committente degli interventi è IREN Smart Solutions, società del Gruppo Iren, che offre soluzioni integrate per l'efficienza energetica rivolte a condomini, imprese, pubblica amministrazione, enti no profit e assistenziali, ed è certificata E.S.Co. ai sensi della norma UNI CEI 11352.

Il Direttore Generale di algoWatt, Idilio Ciuffarella, ha dichiarato: "Le commesse acquisite rappresentano la dimostrazione concreta dell'esecuzione del nuovo piano industriale di algoWatt e delle leve strategiche che puntano a rilanciare le competenze high tech in ambito energie rinnovabili. Il piano prevede, infatti, di utilizzare la subsidiary TerniEnergia Progetti per le attività di co-sviluppo ed EPC per impianti utility scale inferiori ai 4MW. Queste nuove attività consentiranno di offrire una partnership completa ad IREN Smart Solutions, accanto alle forniture di servizi energetici e digitalizzazione".

Gli impianti saranno installati rispettivamente in località Rivara (To), per una capacità di 450 KWp a copertura di uno stabilimento industriale, e in Lombardia, a copertura di un impianto produttivo per una capacità complessiva di 600 KWp. La commessa prevede l'attività di fornitura chiavi in mano senza fornitura di moduli fotovoltaici per finalità di autoconsumo sul posto, con conseguente riduzione del prelievo di energia dalla rete e riduzione della dipendenza energetica dei due committenti.

algoWatt wins two tenders for the realisation of photovoltaic systems for selfconsumption and reduction of energy withdrawal from the grid

• The contracts on behalf of IREN Smart Solutions, an Esco of the IREN Group, include the construction of turnkey plants, without the supply of panels for a total of 1.05 MWp and a fee of approximately Euro 440,000

algoWatt S.p.A., a GreenTech Solutions Company listed on the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, as part of its activities in the Green Enterprise & City market, in which the company operates as a supplier of solutions for energy efficiency, self-consumption, system integration between plants and hardware components, and management software platforms, has been awarded two orders worth a total of approximately Euro 440,000, relating to the construction of utility-scale photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 1.05 MWp without the supply of panels. The client of the interventions is IREN Smart Solutions, a company of the Iren Group, which offers integrated solutions for energy efficiency aimed at condominiums, businesses, public administration, non-profit and welfare organisations, and is E.S.Co. certified in accordance with UNI CEI 11352.

The General Manager of algoWatt, Idilio Ciuffarella, said: "The orders acquired represent a concrete demonstration of the execution of algoWatt's new business plan and the strategic levers that aim to relaunch high-tech skills in the renewable energy field. In fact, the plan is to use the TerniEnergia Progetti subsidiary for co-development and EPC activities for utility-scale plants below 4MW. These new activities will make it possible to offer a complete partnership to IREN Smart Solutions, alongside the provision of energy services and digitisation".

The systems will be installed respectively in Rivara (To), for a capacity of 450 KWp to cover an industrial plant, and in Lombardy, to cover a production plant for a total capacity of 600 KWp. The order envisages the turnkey supply without the supply of photovoltaic modules for the purpose of self-consumption on site, with a consequent reduction of energy withdrawal from the grid and reduction of the energy dependence of the two clients.
