algoWatt: dimissioni del consigliere indipendente Massimo Solbiati

• Interruzione del rapporto con il liquidity provider Integrae SIM

algoWatt S.p.A., GreenTech Solutions Company quotata sul mercato Euronext Milan di Borsa Italiana, comunica di aver ricevuto in data odierna le dimissioni con effetto immediato del consigliere indipendente e Massimo Solbiati, che era stato cooptato in CDA lo scorso 6 ottobre 2023. Il medesimo non ha diritto a indennità o altri benefici conseguenti la cessazione della carica.

Nell'esprimere apprezzamento per il contributo assicurato dal dott. Solbiati, si comunica che algoWatt assumerà, in prosieguo, le determinazioni del caso.

Facendo riferimento al comunicato stampa emesso in data 8 luglio 2021, inoltre, la Società comunica l'interruzione del rapporto con il liquidity provider Integrae SIM a far data dal 26 gennaio 2024.

algoWatt: resignation of independent director Massimo Solbiati

• Termination of the relationship with the liquidity provider Integrae SIM

algoWatt S.p.A., GreenTech Solutions Company listed on the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, announces that it has today received the resignation with immediate effect of the independent director and Massimo Solbiati, who had been co-opted to the Board of Directors on 6 October 2023. He is not entitled to any indemnity or other benefits as a result of the termination of his office.

While expressing appreciation for the contribution made by Dr. Solbiati, it should be noted that algoWatt will make the appropriate determinations in the future.

With reference to the press release issued on 8 July 2021, the Company also announces the termination of its relationship with the liquidity provider Integrae SIM as of 26 January 2024.
