algoWatt: Dimissioni del consigliere indipendente prof. Michele Costabile
algoWatt, GreenTech Company quotata sul mercato Euronext Milan di Borsa Italiana, comunica che, in data odierna, il consigliere indipendente prof. Michele Costabile ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni, per ragioni professionali connesse all'assunzione da parte dello stesso di un incarico incompatibile con quello di amministratore di algoWatt.
La Società ringrazia il prof. Costabile per l'impegno profuso ed esprime la propria gratitudine per il contributo apportato in questi anni quale membro del CDA e Lead Independent Director.
algoWatt procederà, quindi, quanto prima, alla nomina per cooptazione di un nuovo amministratore indipendente e ne darà prontamente informazione al mercato.

algoWatt: Resignation of independent director Prof. Michele Costabile
algoWatt, a GreenTech Company listed on the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that, today, the independent director Prof. Michele Costabile has resigned for professional reasons related to the fact that he has taken on a position incompatible with that of director of algoWatt.
The Company thanks Prof. Costabile for his commitment and expresses its gratitude for his contribution over the years as a member of the Board of Directors and Lead Independent Director.
algoWatt will therefore proceed, as soon as possible, to the appointment by co-optation of a new independent director and will promptly inform the market thereof.
