Venerdì 30 luglio 2021	Riunione dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti per l'approvazione
	dei bilanci al 31 dicembre 2019 e al 31 dicembre 2020 e
	per l'approvazione degli aumenti di capitale a servizio
	dell'emissione degli SFP algoWatt e dei Warrant, dei
	relativi regolamenti e dell'adeguamento dello statuto di
	algoWatt in funzione degli aumenti di capitale sopracitati.
15-30 settembre 2021	Riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per
	l'approvazione delle Relazioni Finanziarie Semestrali al 30
	giugno 2020 e al 30 giugno 2021.

algoWatt S.p.A., GreenTech Solutions Company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange (MTA), announces, pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana, the dates of the corporate events scheduled for the year 2021.

Monday 21 June 2021	Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the draft
	financial statements as at 31 December 2019 and 31
	December 2020 and the consolidated financial reports for
	2019 and 2020, as well as to approve the Recovery Plan
	and the Recovery Agreement of algoWatt S.p.A
Friday 30 July 2021	Shareholders' Meeting to approve the financial statements
	as at 31 December 2019 and 31 December 2020 and to
	approve the capital increases to service the issuance of
	the algoWatt SFPs and Warrants, the related terms and
	conditions and the adjustment of algoWatt's bylaws to
	reflect the aforementioned capital increases.
15-30 September 2021	Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Half
	Yearly Financial Reports as at 30 June 2020 and 30 June
	2021.
