Voluntary Suspension Request
Further to the granting of the Trading Halt request granted on 24 November 2016, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Living Cell Technologies Limited (“LCT”) seeks a voluntary suspension under LR 17.2 pending a final announcement relating to the capital raising undertaken (“Placement”). We request LCT share remain in suspension whilst finalsing allocations relating to the Placement.
If granted, the proposed voluntary suspension is expected to remain in place until trading commences on Wednesday 30 November 2016. LCT is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
