Alfabs Australia Limited (Alfabs) (ASX: AAL) advises pursuant to listing rule 3.13.1 that:

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 10:00am (AEDT) on Friday 22[nd] November 2024. The AGM will be held as a hybrid meeting providing shareholders with the opportunity to attend in person or to participate online. Shareholders will be provided with further information on how to participate in the AGM when the Notice of Meeting is released.
The closing time for receipt of director nominations is Thursday 3rd October 2024.
