PDMR shareholding

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission critical software for the asset finance industry, announces that on 13 June 2018, the £0.01 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares") set out in the table below were released to, and sold by, PDMRs.

The release, and subsequent sale of shares, is the first  release occasion following the Company's IPO in June 2017 and represents 25% of the PDMR's beneficial share ownership.   The release has been made in accordance with the terms of the Nominee Agreements between the PDMRs and the trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust").  The principal terms of the Nominee Agreements are described in the IPO prospectus available from the Company's website https://investors.alfasystems.com/
