Alerion Clean Power S.p.A. – Prestito Obbligazionario "Alerion Clean Power S.p.A. Senior Unsecured Notes due 2025".
Milano, 19 dicembre 2019 – Facendo seguito ai comunicati pubblicati in data 3, 4, 6, 12 e 13 dicembre 2019, Alerion Clean Power S.p.A. (la "Società") rende noto che le Conditions delle obbligazioni denominate "Alerion Clean Power S.p.A. Senior Unsecured Notes due 2025", emesse in data odierna e incluse nel prospetto informativo relativo all'offerta approvato dalla Central Bank of Ireland in data 3 dicembre 2019, sono state rifinite per chiarire che la definziione di "Net Financial Indebtdness (Excluding Derivatives)" prevista nella Condition 3.4. (f) (Interpretation) corrisponde alla definizione di "Accounting Financial Indebtedness Net of Derivatives" richiamata nelle Conditions 3.2. (Financial Covenants) e 3.3. (Limits in Distributions).
Pertanto, ogni riferimento nelle Conditions e nel Trust Deed sottoscritto in data odierna ad "Accounting Financial Indebtedness Net of Derivatives" dovrà intendersi quale riferimento a "Net Financial Indebtdness (Excluding Derivatives)".
