General Meeting – Notice and Proxy Form

Notice is hereby given that the General Meeting ( Meeting ) of Shareholders of Aldoro Resources Limited (ACN 622 990 809) (the Company) will be held at Unit 1, 1 Centro Avenue, Subiaco WA 6008 on 15[th] April 2025 at 10:30 am (AWST).

As permitted by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) , the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice of Meeting (NOM). Instead, a copy of the NOM is available at https://www.aldororesources.com/announcements/.

For shareholders who have not elected to receive notices by email, a copy of your personalised proxy form is enclosed for your convenience.

Shareholders are encouraged to vote online at https://investor.automic.com.au/#/loginsah or by returning the attached proxy form by:

Your proxy voting instruction must be received by 10:30am (AWST) on 13[th] April 2025, being not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting. Any proxy voting instructions received after that time will not be valid for the Meeting.
